Century 21 Coast to Coast - Clearwater Beach/Sand Key

"We had dealt with several real estate agents without any luck or anyone who provided any semblance of expertise. Then we found Anders Hamilton from Century 21 Coast to Coast. We were interested in a retirement condo for my parents in the Clearwater Beach, San Key, or Bellaire Beach area. Anders was more than accommodating, even willing to take us on a marathon viewing experience of 11 different condos in ONE day! He explained the pros and cons of each property without interjecting his own personal opinions. He allowed plenty of time to check out each unit and had immense patience while also not putting any sales pressure on us. Thanks to Anders' professional and insightful assistance, my parents were able to purchase their dream beachfront condo. We thank him for making this important and life-changing purchase pain-free."

"Jill Peterson was my agent, for my first home purchase!!! Two months ago we closed, and I could not be happier, two months living in my first home. With the mortgage company, insurance, etc, she was always there to take care of everything that needed to be done. Could not be more grateful for Jill Peterson! S"
