"My husband and I recently relocated down to Florida from Michigan. Our original plans relocating down here was not working for us with the long commute times daily to work so we googled local realtors in the Clearwater area on a Saturday and began calling them to hopefully help us find local rentals in the area as we knew we were unable to buy a home yet. Well at least not for a year or so. After several calls to other realtors and them not really sounding interested in helping, Nikki answered, asked several questions of what we were looking for, where we were looking and our budget. After a couple hours, rental listings began coming in to us. She asked if there were any we would be interested in looking at on that Sunday. She took her time finding us several we were interested in and she took time out of her weekend to meet us and show us the ones on Sunday we were definitely interested in. Knowing time was of the essence she was kind in doing this for a couple she had never met. We instantly fell in love with a few of the properties. That Monday we put an application for 1 of the properties and within days we were approved! After all the signing of the lease agreement with the landlord of the condo we choose within a week and a half we moved into our new place! Nikki went above and beyond what I ever could have imagined. My husband and I can’t thank her enough for how kind she had been to us during this transition. We will be looking into purchasing our first home together down in the area in about a year and Nikki is now our go to gal for all things home buying related.
