#1 Realty Group LLC

"It's a rare thing these days, not only to work with an honest and professional, responsive and knowledgable realtor. He worked with us until we found the properties and prices that we were looking for and assisted us in making the process as smooth and pleasant as possible, with both sides (buyers and sellers) being happy when all was said and done. Regardless of your experience with real estate, Plamen will make it a pleasant one. He is a rare find and highly recommended."

"We worked with Plamen Petkov. We were new to the St Petersburg area so finding someone we could trust was a key step in our purchasing process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the St Petersburg/Clearwater and Palmetto/Parrish area; where to purchase based on neighborhoods, school systems, green space, and safety. He never tried to influence our purchase decision or push us into a decision. He always provided options when we weren't completely happy with a property. We always felt in control of the process. We highly recommend Plamen Petkov if you need a quality agent in the Tampa/St Petersburg/Clearwater area."

"Best real estate company in the Tampa Bay area. Plamen is a top notch agent and broker. He knows the area and is an owner/investor. He is able to get you the best deals in the area for investment properties. He is patient and knowledegable. Definitely recommend!"
