Velocity Air Conditioning

"My 22 year old AC needed to be replaced. I had 4 companies come out. Velocity by far had the best service. They were fast to respond to my inquiry, came out for a quote the same day, quoted a great price for a top notch brand, gives financing options, and came out the next day and installed it. The 2 men, Austin and Eddie are very professional, and talented. I felt comfortable with their work and would recommend this company to anyone seeking a a great AC service / replacement."

"UPDATE UPDATE. They sent in the fixer today. My house is now cold. Matthew saved the day. The answering service and the too-fast not done right stuff is unhelpful in August but it was made right next day. AUG 2026: UPDATE. Hot. Not the good kind. The mad kind. 3 months later. My A/c made a loud clanking sound and shut off. I cut the power to prevent a problem and called velocity for a Monday appt. Guy comes out. I have now told 5 different ppl about the loud sound and shut off situation. Dude (nice dude) shop-vac’d the line put the sensor back in place showed me some helpful things and left. 2 hours later it’s hot and the ac is off again. At 6 pm I called. They advertise 24/7 svc. Since nice dude didn’t actually troubleshoot the loud sound shut off issue and the repair isn’t done I hoped they send their 24/7 bat signal out. Nope. Next available is tomorrow. Our 5th hot night and $220 for the shop vac ‘service’. Also they use a call service so you have to explain things over and over to ppl who don’t fix a/cs and don’t have access to your account to keep you from having to re-explain stuff they don’t understand to absolutely no avail. May 2026: Brad was super nice and the work was done correctly. Given that my unit is still under warranty and that the issue was a blown capacitor and a clogged drain line, The $700 price tag was extremely high."

"We had a great experience with Velocity Air Conditioning. Our AC stopped working on a Sunday evening, and we weren’t sure how long we’d have to wait for help. To our surprise, they had a technician, Eric, at our house in less than an hour. Eric was professional, courteous, and honest. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it in about 30 minutes, and never tried to upsell us or charge for anything unnecessary. It’s hard to find that level of service these days. We really appreciated the fast response and excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Velocity Air Conditioning, and a big thank you to Eric for getting our AC running again so quickly!"
