"I cannot say enough good things about this dentist and his practice. I'm someone who has severe anxiety when it comes to dentists, yet Dr. Santos and his team go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and more importantly, pain free with procedures. Prior to today, the only thing I really had done was a cleaning from Eisen and he made the entire experience enjoyable as well as ease my anxiety when it comes to getting any kind of dental work done. Not only that, but he makes an effort to make YOU, the patient, feel comfortable by having the monitor in the room play funny animal videos while he's working on you to further calm you down. I really appreciated this little aspect as it helped reduce my anxiety that much more. During the procedure, he was extremely gentle and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort while he worked on cleaning my teeth. He was also very informative, letting me know what I should be doing to improve my oral health to protect my smile. All in all, I would love to have my future cleanings done by Eisen! Today, I had to get a root canal and a permanent crown done due to severe tooth pain that prevented me from even drinking room temperature water. I filled in a request on the website since the pain occurred last night and I was called first thing in the morning to get scheduled for an appointment. They were able to schedule me in rather quickly, and so, I made my way to the office to get my teeth looked at. At first, I was completely nervous due to prior experiences at the dentist (not this one) being less than stellar. As the appointment went on, Dr. Santos and his team were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding -- not to mention extremely gentle to where I hardly felt a thing except some pressure as they worked on my teeth to relieve my pain. When I was given breaks, I was frequently checked up on to see how I was doing and I couldn't say enough kind words about just how well they were taking care of me and essentially getting rid of my pain altogether. What impressed me more was that they offered the option to get my permanent crown done there and then, thus saving me the hassle of a temporary crown. Even though it made the appointment longer, I told them that I didn't mind the wait. Once the crown was put in, I felt SO much better and the crown didn't take all that long to make in the office right there and then. After everything was done and taken care of, I left and told them that I had a very pleasant morning with Dr. Santos and his team and drove home completely pain-free! That feeling continued even when the numbing medication wore off when I was home. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I am so glad that I took the time to thoroughly do my research on a good--no, a FANTASTIC dentist that not only listens, but ensures that you leave with no pain and have all of your questions answered. Thank you so much for helping me combat my fear about dentists and making me feel like I was extremely valued as a patient. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who's looking for a dentist and felt the same way I did prior to going in."
